Over the years we have worked with many tutors who come from a variety of backgrounds, but who all share their passion for their subjects and their extensive knowledge.
We operate a one-fee-for-all policy - it does not matter which tutor we pair you with - you will only ever pay the same flat rate per hour.
Tuition is organised to be conducted remotely, but if you are local to the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole area, we may be able to accommodate face to face sessions at our offices.
Tuition must be purchased as a ten session block, but you can choose when the sessions will be in agreement with the tutor.
All subjects are considered, so please contact us to enquire with a specific subject and we will work to match you with the relevant tutor.
All subjects are considered, so please contact us to enquire with a specific subject and we will work to match you with the relevant tutor.
We have tutors who specialise in the IB, GCSE, A-Levels and even, sometimes, for undergraduate tuition.
Don't hesitate to ask and tell us your specific requirements. We will be glad to help.
All tuition up to, and inclusive of, A-Level tuition is charged at £50 per hour. Undergraduate tuition, when available, is priced at £75 per hour.
Our revision courses include residential, day only and online revision courses, available at key points during the year. Face to face courses are offered in Bournemouth, giving students the chance to revise in the wonderful microclimate of the Dorset Jurassic coastline.
The full residential package includes 5 nights stay at our boarding accommodation provider, three meals included, and a fun activities programme to allow students to destress at this critical time. There are even leisure facilities to burn off the excess exam stress!
Courses include three subjects for the intensive revision courses, with students selecting two subjects for a two-day focus, with their stronger subject left for the final day for a shorter one day crash course. Each day includes 6 hours of tuition. See below for dates and prices for our intensive revision courses.
Subject offerings dependent on uptake.
Our programmes for independent candidates are designed to help individuals gain qualifications. Whilst these are frequently useful for subjects not often offered at colleges, such as law or Latin, we can also arrange for more mainstream subject support.
Our packages include 20 hours of subject tuition, exam entry fees and the admin support in finding a college which will allow you to sit exams as an independent candidate.
A lot of work and dedication is needed to succeed as an independent candidate learning a subject. However it is very rewarding to focus over the course of one to two years, through dedicated self study and with support from our tutors, on a subject of your choice, and ultimately sitting exams in a registered exam centre.
Simply contact us and let us know which subject or subjects you would like to study as an independent candidate, and we will create a bespoke support package for you. Some typical fees are outlined below.
There are no restrictions as to combinations, however you should not sit a GCSE and an A-Level in the same subject at the same exam sitting.
You can be an independent candidate at any age - the only limit to your achievement is your own doubt. Qualifications can open doors, so why not study for a qualification at your own pace?
